Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Disaster Restoration Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of client sites to identify areas of damage and develop effective restoration plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of Crew Helpers to ensure timely and efficient completion of restoration projects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless execution of restoration projects and meet customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in disaster restoration and emergency response.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in cleaning services or restoration services.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of settings, including flooded basements and buildings after fires.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; IICRC certifications an asset.
