We are seeking a highly skilled Disaster Restoration Technician to join our team at ServiceMaster Restore. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for conducting various general cleaning services at assigned residential and commercial client sites.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct general cleaning services at client sites, including providing direction and support to assigned Crew Helpers.
- Review work orders daily and communicate with other associates as needed.
- Inspect materials and equipment required for scheduled jobs and ensure they are in good working order.
- Use information systems to update job information, payroll, and timekeeping.
- Manage work assignments within allocated units and ensure materials and equipment are recorded on work orders.
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets ServiceMaster standards and customer requirements.
- Facilitate customer inspections and process payment for work completed.
- Handle re-service requests promptly and courteously.
- Provide training to Crew Helpers to complete jobs in accordance with specifications.
- Results-oriented individual with strong management, delegation, planning, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to engage clients and deliver excellent service.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a genuine desire to make valuable contributions to the team.
- Previous experience working in heavy manual work, with experience relating to customers.
- 2 years of experience in cleaning services/restoration services.
This position requires a high level of physical exertion and may involve working in adverse conditions such as flooded basements or buildings after fires.
ServiceMaster Restore offers a competitive hourly rate of $24.00 per hour and a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
