Job Role: Administrative Assistant
  • Education: Downtown Mohali Developments Ltd. is seeking a candidate with a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also have experience in recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and Coordinate: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
  • Minute Taking: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Communication: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages, answer electronic enquiries.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Information Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
