Job Title: Office Manager

MS DRYWALL LTD. is seeking a skilled Office Manager to oversee the administration of our office services. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative procedures, team management, and budget control.

About the Role

The Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. They will also assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and reliable with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Working Conditions
  • 30 hours per week
