Job Description

Levio is seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects. As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in leading our Agile teams and ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Agile process and facilitate the adoption of Agile methodologies within the team.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize tasks, and ensure the team is working towards common goals.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings and ensure open communication among team members.
  • Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks and obstacles that may impact project timelines.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their Agile skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum Master roles.
  • Proven experience in leading Agile teams and facilitating the adoption of Agile methodologies.
  • Scrum Master certification is an asset.
