We're seeking a talented Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide exceptional patient care and service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of pharmacists and technicians

• Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications and over-the-counter supplements

• Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet patient needs

• Provide friendly, positive, and proactive interaction with patients and internal/external customers

• Create awareness and educate customers through public relations and community-based marketing strategies

• Supervise and manage the financial and operational success of the department

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist's license

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong people management skills and ability to motivate and coach others

• Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism

• Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies

• Strong problem-solving skills, including experience formulating and executing action plans
