We're seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to lead our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a key member of our Health & Wellness philosophy, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of pharmacy staff to ensure exceptional customer service and accurate dispensing of medications.
  • Manage inventory levels, including medications and over-the-counter supplements, to meet patient needs.
  • Counsel patients on new and additional medications, providing friendly and proactive interaction.
  • Develop and implement community-based marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to achieve financial and operational success.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacists license.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail pharmacy environment.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
  • Proven ability to build business using community-based marketing strategies.
