Job Title: Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Join Equitable Group, a leading financial institution, as we embark on a transformative journey to revolutionize the banking experience. We're seeking a seasoned Senior Vice President, Asset Management to lead our Enterprise Technology and Data Platform initiatives.

About the Role:

As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategic transformation of our Enterprise Technology portfolio, encompassing Finance, Risk, HR, and Enterprise Data Platform technologies and relationships. Your expertise will be instrumental in enabling our Challenger Bank aspiration through cloud-native technologies and modern delivery methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery, support, and strategic transformation of the Enterprise Technology portfolio.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology vision and roadmap to rapidly advance risk and finance capabilities via data management, data governance, calculations, analytics, and reporting.
  • Establish and oversee the Data Platform operating model, ensuring consistency with the capabilities and competencies required to execute the strategy.
  • Manage the broader Technology department relationship with Enterprise business units.
  • Provide executive leadership to grow and evolve the maturity and capabilities of the technologists in the portfolio.
  • Direct accountability for software delivery within the portfolio.
  • Establish and oversee Tech Ops & Delivery KPIs, metrics, and governance across the portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in technology, business data analytics, and consulting roles.
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related technical degree.
  • Proven success in cultural transformation.
  • Strong experience with all facets of the software development life cycle.
  • Strong track record of large program deliveries and people management.
