Job Title: Senior Vice President, Asset Management

Join The MEARIE Group as we seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Vice President, Asset Management to lead our water and wastewater operations. As a key member of our senior executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational performance of our asset management functions.

About the Role:
  • Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies to ensure the optimal performance and maintenance of our water and wastewater infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our senior leadership team to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the effective management of our assets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to our asset management team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and the achievement of business objectives.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive management experience, including recently in a senior or executive leadership role.

  • Experience in an operations or regulatory environment is highly desirable.
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development.
