Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our unsecured lending strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that drive customer experiences and financial progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies for unsecured products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage credit risk associated with unsecured lending, including portfolio risk and individual deal credit risk management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and campaigns, driving business outcomes and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to make business decisions and implement strategic initiatives, leveraging expertise in credit risk, pricing strategy, and customer engagement.
  • Foster strong internal and external networks, working with multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management or strategy development experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Experience working in highly data-driven environments and presenting to senior leadership.
  • MBA, B.Eng, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Credit risk experience is an asset, as is experience in large program delivery.
