Transformative Leadership Opportunity

We're seeking a visionary leader to drive strategic initiatives and make a lasting impact on our product management team. As the Director of Unsecured Lending Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies that drive customer experiences and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies that optimize revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Manage risk associated with unsecured lending products, including credit risk and operational risk
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic initiatives and campaigns
  • Make recommendations to senior leaders on strategy and new initiatives based on in-depth understanding of credit risk, pricing strategy, and customer engagement
  • Foster strong internal and external networks to achieve business objectives
Leadership & Management:

As a leader, you will ensure alignment between values and behavior that fosters diversity and inclusion. You will improve team performance, recognize and reward performance, coach employees, support their development, and manage poor performance.

Product Management & Development:

You will lead the execution of strategic initiatives to deliver on business and financial goals. You will manage resources and look for opportunities across the lifecycle of pricing, limit, and other account management strategies.

Governance and Risk Management:

You will act as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies. You will manage risk associated with portfolio of products, including setting risk parameters and tolerance for credit losses. You will work closely with partners to manage credit risk, operational risk, compliance, collections, and more.

Lead compliance activities specific to portfolio, understanding the external regulatory and legal environment and mitigating risks to an acceptable level.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product management or strategy development experience
  • Experience working in highly data and model-driven environments
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership and crafting stories to articulate business issues succinctly
  • MBA, B.Eng, or equivalent work experience required
  • Credit risk experience is an asset
  • Experience in large program delivery is an asset
