We are a leading organization seeking an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our office, ensuring smooth and efficient execution of tasks and projects.


Job Summary

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry, training staff, and overseeing payroll administration.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.

Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
