  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with construction and project management software.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction management processes.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, quality standards, and human resources.
  • Highly organized with excellent planning skills.
  • Experienced in conflict resolution and management.
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation.
  • Leadership skills with an ability to manage indirectly.
Education and Experience
  • Extensive experience managing budgets for construction projects.
  • Deep knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
  • Proven track record in construction management or a similar role.
  • Leadership experience with strong and proven leadership skills.
  • BSc/BA degree in Architecture, Building Science, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
