Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Doug Tarry Homes. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  • Organize and coordinate construction activities with other departments and teams
  • Track and manage work orders, ensuring timely completion and quality control
  • Provide technical advice and support to construction teams to improve productivity and product quality
  • Coordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities, and attend to related details
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
