Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Doug Tarry Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely completion and within budget
  • Coordinate and manage construction schedules, resources, and logistics
  • Track and monitor work orders, progress, and quality control
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to support project decision-making
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software
