About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Overland East Transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics of our organization, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Logistics Plans: Create and execute specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational logistics.
  • Task Organization and Coordination: Organize tasks to accomplish work objectives and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Reporting and Performance Management: Prepare and submit reports, and conduct performance reviews to ensure that team members are meeting their objectives.
Work Environment

As a Logistics Supervisor at Overland East Transportation, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our operational objectives.

Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a logistics or operations role.
