Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Active Road Side Service. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities, as well as training and coordinating our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Equipment Management: Ensure the smooth operation of equipment, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Team Coordination: Co-ordinate, assign and review work, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, and requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability.
- Duration: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
- Language: English.
