Job Title: Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at SHH Transport Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging for maintenance and repair work, resolving work problems, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Arrange training for staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Conditions:

The Operations Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to handle heavy loads and work under pressure.
