We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Paul's Group Limited. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staffing Requirements: Identify current and prospective staffing requirements to ensure the team is adequately staffed.
  • Notice Preparation: Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Applicant Screening: Collect and screen applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a office setting with frequent use of computer and phone.

  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgement, organized, reliable, and a team player.
