Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our team at Paul's Group Limited. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
- Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Screen and evaluate job applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to job applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
- Notify applicants of the results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
- Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
- Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate the termination of employment process.
- Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
As a Recruitment Assistant, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
Requirements:- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Permanent employment with 30 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
