About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our team at P.M.P. VENTURES INC. as a key member of our design and development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and Interpret Technical Documents

Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to interpret complex technical documents and reports to inform design decisions.

Assist in Project Management

As an Architectural Technician, you will assist in supervising construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Design and Development

You will be responsible for preparing working drawings, specifications, and other technical documents to support the design and development of architectural projects.

Technical Support

Our team relies on your technical expertise to provide support and guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring that all technical aspects of projects are well understood and managed.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in architectural design and development.

Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and SketchUp is essential.

Specialization

Experience in commercial and/or industrial construction, industrial construction, renovation, and residential construction is highly desirable.

Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and a high level of attention to detail required.

Personal Suitability

Initiative, organization, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
