Job Title: Architectural Technician

BATTAGLIA ARCHITECT INC. is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our team. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare proposals and tender contracts
  • Analyze technical documents and reports
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications
  • Supervise architectural technical staff
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Construct architectural and display models
  • Assist in design development and presentation graphics
  • Computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 3-5 years of experience in architectural design and development
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Work Environment:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Repetitive tasks and manual dexterity required
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and attention to detail
