Job Title: Architectural Technician

P.M.P. VENTURES INC. is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join our team. As an Architectural Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze technical documents and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Assist in supervising construction projects to ensure timely completion and quality standards
  • Prepare working drawings and specifications for construction projects
  • Supervise architectural technical staff to ensure efficient project delivery
  • Write specifications for construction materials and equipment
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure compliance with project requirements
  • Estimate costs and materials for construction projects
  • Construct architectural and display models to visualize project designs
  • Assist in design development to ensure project meets client requirements
  • Prepare presentation graphics and drawings to communicate project designs to stakeholders
  • Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed project designs
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in architectural technology or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, MS Word, and SketchUp
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Initiative and organized with a strong work ethic
