About Gelpac Poly Inc.

We are a leading manufacturer of plastic products, seeking an experienced Plastic Press Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our printing machines, ensuring high-quality production while meeting productivity targets.

Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. You will work 44 hours per week, with the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain our printing machines, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Set up and adjust printing machines according to specifications.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment, refill ink fountains, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and control the quality of printed products.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with printing machines and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health care, disability benefits, life insurance, and a night shift premium.
