Job Title: Floor Sander and Polisher

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at Sohal Brother renovations Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, sanding, and polishing floors to a high standard. This is a permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install interior prefabricated products, including flooring materials
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products, including flooring
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Supervise other workers and utilize hand and power tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a construction or renovation setting, installing and maintaining flooring materials.
