Job Title: Floor Sander and Polisher

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at Sohal Brother renovations Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for sanding and polishing floors to a high standard, ensuring a smooth and even finish. This is a permanent position, working 35 to 44 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install interior prefabricated products
  • Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Utilize hand and power tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in flooring installation and maintenance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Excellent oral communication skills
Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding role, working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a construction setting, installing and maintaining flooring.
