Job Title: Floor Sander and Polisher

We are seeking a skilled Floor Sander and Polisher to join our team at Sohal Brother renovations Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining flooring surfaces in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install interior prefabricated flooring products
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair and service flooring products
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Supervise other workers
  • Utilize hand and power tools
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Handling heavy loads
  • Overtime required
  • Repetitive tasks
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a construction environment with a fast-paced and physically demanding workload.
