- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health management and wellness.">
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, adhering to facility policies and BC health regulations.">
Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.">
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, considering residents' unique needs and preferences.">
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care and promote a positive living environment.">

Qualifications:
