About the Opportunity:

We are seeking an Advanced Healthcare Professional to join our team in community development. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving client health and ensuring their care needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement health promotion strategies
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans

Requirements:

A nursing degree, master's program in nursing, and certification as a Nurse Practitioner or MSc-Nurse Practitioner are required. At least two years of relevant experience is preferred.
