Key Responsibilities- Administrative Tasks
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including maintaining records and preparing reports
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Communication and Customer Service
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Personal Suitability
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations
