Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations of the front desk, ticket booth, tour group desk, and cash control office.
- Support, coach, and develop the Guest Experience team to provide professional hospitality and ensure a positive guest experience.
- Lead the team to manage guest arrival and departure, ensuring a world-class impression.
- Coordinate schedules, breaks, development, and training for reporting colleagues.
- Ensure all staff are knowledgeable and provide exceptional service to guests.
- Champion the sales of gondola packages, Pursuit Passes, and other Pursuit products.
- Ensure employees adhere to grooming standards and present themselves professionally.
- Manage cash security and ensure smooth operation of computer systems.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Guest Experience Manager Upper Terminal and other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Proven leadership skills and a passion for coaching and developing employee skills.
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisor or management experience.
- Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment.
