Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer inquiries and provide information to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Merchandise Management: Maintain accurate records and statistics of sales, returns, and customer interactions.
- Sales and Service: Sell merchandise to customers, handle returns and exchanges, and provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including collection areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn the skills required for the role.
- Availability: Availability for shift or on-call work, and willingness to relocate for this position.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 70 to 80 hours bi-weekly.
