Key Responsibilities- Process and prepare orders for shipment, including verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and efficient picking and packing of orders.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
- Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns related to orders or shipments.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of shipments, including tracking and tracing of orders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, shipping, or logistics preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
This role is located in a warehouse environment and requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and be flexible with changing priorities and deadlines.
