We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Accent Dental. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. Your duties will include greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, providing basic information to clients and the public, and obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service.

You will also be responsible for operating the switchboard or telephone system, ordering office supplies, recording and relaying information, scheduling and confirming appointments, maintaining work records and logs, receiving and issuing payments, and answering telephone and relaying telephone calls and messages.

As a Medical Office Coordinator, you will work closely with our dental team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
