Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Leader - Wholesale and Retail to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for leading store operations, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned retail leader with a proven track record of success in store operations management. You will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.

You will work closely with the franchisee to develop and implement business plans, manage budgets, and drive sales growth through effective merchandising strategies. Your ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team will be critical to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead store operations, including managing staff, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Manage budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and operating expenses.
  • Collaborate with the franchisee to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in retail operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of store systems, including inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Salary Estimate:

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
