About the Role
We are seeking a Store Operations Leader to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic company that values innovation, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop your team. You should also have a strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
