Construction Financial Analyst

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Construction Financial Analyst to join our team at Commercial-NDS Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs, analyzing tenders, and recommending awards.
About the Role
- This is a permanent position with 40 hours per week.
- No degree, certificate or diploma is required, but experience in estimating and cost control is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have 1-6 months of experience in this field.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating and Cost Control- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates of labour and/or material costs.
- Analyze tenders and recommend awards based on price, quality, and other relevant factors.
- Develop and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors.
Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in estimating packages such as Xactimate.
- Skilled in MS Excel and MS Word.
Work Setting
- Relocation costs not covered by employer.
- Willing to relocate.
