Job Description:

As an Operations Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing shipments and replenishing sales floors efficiently, fulfilling eCom orders accurately and promptly, and collaborating with the sales team to meet sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience in a retail environment, preferably in inventory management
- Passion for fashion and customer service
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Demonstrates a customer-first mindset and proactive approach to tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business needs
