About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to join our team at Tigre Géant. This role is responsible for ensuring HR processes comply with legal and regulatory standards while being efficient and continuously improving.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Head of HR Operations to develop and implement new processes, redesign existing ones, and align HR services with organizational goals. They will also ensure timely and accurate HR support by monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new HR processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with HRIS, HR business partners, IT, and other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR services and change initiatives
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
  • Ensure all HR processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or shared services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including payroll, benefits, and compliance
  • Proven ability in project management and process improvement methodologies
