Supply Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Coordinator to join our team at Peterborough Victoria Northumberland and Clarington Catholic DSB. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our schools and ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities- Provide secretarial services to our schools, including preparing and distributing documents, correspondence, and reports.
- Respond to inquiries and maintain accurate records and files.
- Process purchase orders, mail, and courier materials.
- Assist with scheduling and arranging appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents, including confidential materials.
- Maintain our record management system and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
- Process student admissions, transfers, and timetable revisions.
- Assist with processing and securing applications for school tax support.
- Process purchase orders and arrange for the delivery of supplies and equipment.
- Duplicate, collate, and assemble materials as required.
- Maintain petty cash float and records from fund collections.
- Assist with school banking procedures and reconcile monies for trips and performances.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of student transportation.
- Instruct personnel in the operation of office equipment.
- Assist with the arrangements for service and repair of office equipment and computers.
- Assist with medical logs and other administrative tasks as required.
- OSSD or equivalent, plus one year of office administration, secretarial, or business experience.
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Knowledge of pertinent government legislation and ministry and board policies, directives, regulations, and procedures.
- Ability to operate various office equipment, including photocopiers, calculators, and public address systems.
- High level of oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
