Job Title: Executive Chef Assistant


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Chef Assistant to join our team at JJ Harmony Enterprises Inc. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment and develop their culinary skills.


About the Role:



  • This is a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.
  • The salary for this role is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • We are looking for someone who can prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as order supplies and equipment, maintain inventory and records, clean kitchen and work areas, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized and a team player, and have a secondary school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

Requirements:



  • Secondary school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in a similar role (preferably)
  • Physical fitness
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Ability to maintain inventory and records, clean kitchen and work areas, order supplies and equipment, prepare and cook meals and individual dishes, and handle heavy loads
