We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
