Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of hotel clerks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist guests with special needs, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Management: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, hire and train staff, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Operations: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
