Job Title: Hotel Clerk Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Camrose Motel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a team of hotel clerks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of hotel clerks, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing check-in and check-out processes, handling guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of hotel clerks, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service and meet the needs of our guests.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
