About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team at Bram City Construction. As a key member of our construction and renovation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products to meet customer requirements and company standards.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure accurate installation.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products to maintain their functionality and appearance.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to ensure accurate installation and alignment.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and work at heights.
