Job Summary

Bram City Construction is seeking a skilled Window Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction and renovation team, you will be responsible for installing exterior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of professionalism in customer service, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install exterior prefabricated products, including windows and doors, to ensure a secure and weather-tight seal.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Repair and service exterior prefabricated products, including windows and doors, to maintain their functionality and appearance.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including tools and equipment, to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe access to work areas.
Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field, such as construction or renovation.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
