Job Title: Retail Territory Manager

Farmina Pet Food USA, LLC. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow retail customer relationships in your assigned territory
  • Ride along with distribution representatives to ensure seamless delivery of products
  • Visit stores on a regular basis to provide merchandising support and train employees
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the Farmina brand
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of outside sales experience in the pet food industry
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to schedule others
  • Highly collaborative with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Creative problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel 75%
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
