About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Kenna. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, customized campaigns that meet client business and program objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted client relationships for all marketing campaign/program delivery
  • Contribute to full campaign execution and program development contributing to the growth and development of the account
  • Lead briefing meetings with cross-functional teams and ensure all work is strategically planned, executed, and delivered flawlessly, on time, and on budget
  • Support the Solutions Enablement Team with the development of creative briefs, marketing campaigns, communication strategies, and budget estimates as required
  • Develop and maintain current knowledge of client's business, objectives, products, programs, brands, competitors, strategies, etc.
  • Ensure effective integration of cross-functional teams ranging from creative, strategy, and data to meet client requirements and drive efficiencies
  • Collaborate with the broader Solutions Enablement Team to understand the digital landscape and platform integration that complements marketing communication efforts
  • Oversee every element of the project throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Proactively manage Client and Agency expectations, project scope, and risks
  • Be a leader on the Solutions Enablement Team to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all client-related activity

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree in business, marketing, communications, agriculture, or science
  • 3-5 years of equivalent work experience in a related field
  • Agency experience is an asset or experience working with cross-functional teams
