About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Hot Mama Noi's Thai on the Fly Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Plan and prepare menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Culinary Expertise: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, taking into account food allergies and intolerances, and special meal requirements as instructed by dietitians or chefs.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen and work areas.
  • Logistics and Operations: Order supplies and equipment, manage kitchen operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: No degree, certificate, or diploma required; 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the field.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, and willingness to relocate.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, ability to work in a team, and strong communication skills.
