We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Representative to join our team at AOS Advanced Office Solutions. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the AOS software suite to potential clients, showcasing its features and benefits.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Generate leads and build relationships with existing and potential sales outlets.
  • Develop and implement a territory action plan, analyzing data and adjusting sales techniques accordingly.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, setting appointments and making effective sales calls.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and conduct demos, handling objections and providing solutions.
  • Prepare professional reports, proposals, and documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Assess client needs and follow a defined selling process, utilizing a proof-of-concept methodology.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in sales management software and CRM (Hubspot).
  • Personal integrity and ambition.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas.
  • Prospecting experience.
